What is the best dandruff treatment for hormonally caused dandruff?

I just had a baby and since then I’ve had really bad dandruff, I hadn’t had it previous to this for a long time. What is the best treatment or shampoo to use?

go to your doctor and he can prescribe you a medicated shampoo until your natural hair balance returns

i swear by selsen blue. my fiance had really bad dandruff and he was using head and shoulders, that stuff doesnt work. Never wear black without the blue ;)

I would go to a beauty supply store and look around….the girls that work there know the “good” brands. Don’t buy the ones at the grocery store for dandruff, they make your hair all dried out.
“Sebastian Laminates” is an excellent shampoo, they may have a special dandruff formula…

My hubby has the flakes and i bought him Selsun Blue ( i think that’s how it’s spelled). I have yet to see a flake months later, maybe it will work for you:-)
